Portable Belt Conveyors

Portable conveyors are obviously meant to be easily mobile and as such do not need any foundation. These conveyors handle bulk materials such as coal, coke, gravel, sand, slat, chemicals, etc.

The usual sizes are 5 and 10mtrs in length but longer ones can be supplied

We recommend 300-500mm belt width portable conveyors running on rubber cushioned pre-greased ball bearing and dust-proof type idlers.

Height Adjustment : The stacking height can be raised or lowered by screw jack arrangement or hand operated hydraulic lifting of the central ram.

Mobility : Traverse or radial movement is provided by solid tyred main wheels. For manoeuv rability  on more difficult muddy soil, MS steel wheels are used. Pneumatic main wheels can also be supplied at extra cost

Flat Belt Conveyor

Used for any type of product. Boxes, sacks, tote pans, steel/plastic components

and bulk items. Can be used for packing or assembly of items. Generally PVC or rubber belts running
on steel slider bed or roller bed. Drives can be at discharge end or under slung at any point along the conveyor.

Set horizontally or at inclines up to 30° max, depending on product.
